It is a multi-vendor online marketplace that supports talented individuals, brands, and local businesses, enabling them to showcase their products and reach new customers across the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries.<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0 0 18px;\">We provide each seller with an online store and a dedicated boutique within the platform to showcase products and manage orders, while ETEKET helps organize payment, shipping, marketing, and customer service processes according to the selected package and the platform\u2019s policies.<\/p><h2 style=\"font-family: 'Tajawal',sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 28px; font-weight: 500; letter-spacing: 0; color: #242424; margin: 24px 0 12px;\">Joining Criteria<\/h2><p style=\"margin: 0 0 18px;\">To join the ETEKET platform, sellers must meet the following criteria:<\/p><ul style=\"margin: 0 0 20px 22px; padding: 0; font-weight: 400;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">The applicant must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to conduct business activities.<\/li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including the seller\u2019s name, contact details, address, banking information, and any required business documents when requested.<\/li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Offer original, lawful, and non-counterfeit products that do not violate the laws of the United Arab Emirates or the intellectual property rights of others.<\/li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Provide clear and authentic product images and write accurate descriptions that include materials, sizes, colors, specifications, prices, and preparation times.<\/li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Maintain product quality and safety and ensure that products match the images and descriptions published on the platform.<\/li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Keep inventory updated and prepare and hand over orders for shipping within the timeframe specified for each product.<\/li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Comply with ETEKET policies relating to orders, payments, shipping, cancellations, exchanges, returns, refunds, and customer data protection.<\/li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Do not communicate directly with customers.
