Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of purchase, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed, and note that the refunded amount will be net of any bank processing fees. After 1 hour from placing the order, you can only cancel it before we begin processing it, which will be confirmed via email. We will assess the cancellation processing time and notify you of the decision regarding your order. Custom orders cannot be canceled during processing, and any cancellation will incur the full cost.
