We act as an intermediary between both parties with the aim of protecting the rights of each. If your order does not meet expectations due to an error on the vendor&#8217;s part, we will ensure the issue is resolved according to the policies outlined below. However, please note that there are situations that may not always be covered by the scenarios below, and therefore, we will do our best to reach a fair solution for both parties.<\/p>\n<p>Customers are required to notify ETEKET of a defective item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Otherwise, the product will be considered received in good condition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Exchanges are only allowed if the item is defective or not as described.
