To purchase a product, click on the "Add to Cart" option for the product(s) you wish to buy. The product(s) will then be added to your shopping cart. You will then have the option to continue browsing or proceed to checkout. The product(s) in your shopping cart are not reserved for you and are available to other shoppers until the order is placed. Any product(s) in your shopping cart will remain in your cart unless deleted or the checkout is completed.
You can choose your preferred payment method, either via debit/credit cards (we accept Visa and MasterCard), bank transfer, or installment methods such as Tabby or Tamara.

If there is an error in any of your order details, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can correct it. If any changes to your order details are needed after we have accepted your order, any changes will need to be approved by ETEKET.

Please contact us directly at support@eteket.shop or call +971581085002 so we can cancel your order. Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of purchase, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed, and note that the refunded amount will be net of any bank processing fees. After 1 hour from placing the order, you can only cancel it before we begin processing it, which will be confirmed via email. We will assess the cancellation processing time and notify you of the decision regarding your order. Custom orders cannot be canceled during processing, and any cancellation will incur the full cost. Agreed refunds will only be processed through an ETEKET.SHOP credit note.
Make sure you have sufficient funds or a credit balance in your bank account. If you’ve confirmed that you have available funds, there may be an issue with your billing address, the 3-digit CV2 number on the back of your card, your card’s limit, etc. If all the details you entered are correct, make sure to contact your bank to look into the issue. Otherwise, you are free to use any of the other available payment methods during checkout.
