Seller Joining Criteria

ETEKET is more than just an online selling platform. It is a multi-vendor online marketplace that supports talented individuals, brands, and local businesses, enabling them to showcase their products and reach new customers across the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries.

We provide each seller with an online store and a dedicated boutique within the platform to showcase products and manage orders, while ETEKET helps organize payment, shipping, marketing, and customer service processes according to the selected package and the platform’s policies.

Joining Criteria

To join the ETEKET platform, sellers must meet the following criteria:

  • The applicant must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to conduct business activities.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including the seller’s name, contact details, address, banking information, and any required business documents when requested.
  • Offer original, lawful, and non-counterfeit products that do not violate the laws of the United Arab Emirates or the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Provide clear and authentic product images and write accurate descriptions that include materials, sizes, colors, specifications, prices, and preparation times.
  • Maintain product quality and safety and ensure that products match the images and descriptions published on the platform.
  • Keep inventory updated and prepare and hand over orders for shipping within the timeframe specified for each product.
  • Comply with ETEKET policies relating to orders, payments, shipping, cancellations, exchanges, returns, refunds, and customer data protection.
  • Do not communicate directly with customers. All inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints must be handled exclusively through ETEKET’s official channels or customer service.
  • Do not include phone numbers, business cards, social media account details, QR codes, offers, or promotional or marketing materials inside the shipment or on its packaging.
  • Comply with the commissions, fees, and terms of the package selected by the seller.
  • Conduct business professionally and maintain a good standard of quality, reliability, and timely order fulfilment.

Products That May Be Listed

ETEKET welcomes a variety of products that comply with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the platform’s policies, including kaftans, abayas, dresses, jalabiyas, children’s clothing, underwear, nightwear, perfumes, incense, bags, accessories, and other approved products.

Review of the Joining Application

All joining applications are subject to review and verification before the seller account is activated. ETEKET may request additional information or documents and may reject any application that does not meet the acceptance criteria. The platform also reserves the right to suspend products or accounts that violate its terms after activation.
