ETEKET is an online marketplace that connects shoppers with vendors. We act as an intermediary between both parties with the aim of protecting the rights of each. If your order does not meet expectations due to an error on the vendor’s part, we will ensure the issue is resolved according to the policies outlined below. However, please note that there are situations that may not always be covered by the scenarios below, and therefore, we will do our best to reach a fair solution for both parties.
Customers are required to notify ETEKET of a defective item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Otherwise, the product will be considered received in good condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed if the item is defective or not as described. Items must be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached.
Returns and Refunds

Customers will be eligible for a refund, which will be returned to the same credit/debit card used for the original payment. In case of payment by bank transfer, refunds will be issued via ETEKET credits.
Returns and refunds do not apply if the delivery of an order is refused.
Cancellations
Shoppers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase, and refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed, and note that the refunded amount will be net of any processing bank fees.
